Having a space to be heard, understood, and to gently explore what’s beneath the surface can be transformative. When we begin to turn towards our emotions, things start to shift.

I work with adults who want to go deeper, beyond coping, and towards understanding themselves in a more meaningful way. This can be either in-person or online.



You might recognise yourself in some of this:

- You feel overwhelmed or emotionally drained, and you’re not sure why

- You notice patterns in relationships or behaviours that you don’t fully understand

- You struggle to trust yourself or others

- You feel disconnected from who you are or how you feel

- You’ve learned to cope by pushing things down, but it’s no longer working

Or you might not have the words yet, just a sense that something doesn’t feel right. That’s enough. We can start there.

 

I work in a trauma-informed way, which means we go at your pace and centre your lived experience. Together, we explore not just what has happened, but how it continues to shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Rather than asking “what’s wrong with me?”, we begin to understand “what has happened to me?”


I meet you where you are, not where you think you have to be.

My own experience of therapy has shaped how I work. I know how powerful it can be to feel truly heard and understood. Alongside my training, I bring myself into the room as a real, empathic, and grounded person. Someone who is alongside you, not above you.

Over time, my hope is that you feel more connected to yourself, more able to understand your emotions, and more confident in how you move through life.
